How do I book a class?
Search for a studio or city, open its timetable, pick a class and pay — with a card, a digital wallet, or a pass you already own. You'll get a confirmation straight away and the booking appears in your account.
Can I cancel or join a waitlist?
Yes. Each studio sets its own cancellation window; if you cancel inside it, your pass or payment is returned according to their policy. If a class is full you can join the waitlist and you'll be notified automatically when a spot opens.
Do I need the app, and does it cost anything?
No. OPEN is free for people booking classes and works in any browser, with iOS and Android apps if you prefer. You pay only what the studio charges for the class, pass or membership.
I run a studio — can I start without speaking to sales?
Yes. Sign up yourself, add your first class and publish your booking page. OPEN has a permanent Free plan with no sales call and no onboarding fee.
Does OPEN support class passes and memberships?
Yes. Teachers, studios and studio chains can sell drop-ins, class packs and recurring memberships, with payments processed through Stripe.
Is invoicing built in?
Yes. OPEN connects invoices to the relevant client and payment. Its EU-native invoicing includes VeriFACTU-ready support for studios in Spain.
